Oil filter in bad condition

Good day,

My car was serviced at Bosch in Strydom Park about 2 months ago. Since then I have not even done 2000km yet. Unfortunately the Turbo of my car blew about a week ago, so I had it fixed and they had to drain all the oil and replace the oil and oil-filter. The guy at the workshop asked me when last did I service my car. I asked why, and he showed me the oil filter and said the oil was heavily black. The oil filter was in such a state it looked like a kind of a sludge, greasy sticky build up inside the filter. He said this is impossible to be in such state if my car was serviced in less than 2000km ago. I was shocked.

Now I don't know what was really serviced and what was not, but even I myself know THIS is not what was supposed to be the condition of a serviced car. I can't blame BOSCH 100% as I did not asked for the old parts to show me, BUT I can assure you that I will NEVER take me car back to BOSCH ever again and I WILL tell all my friends that THIS is what happened and that I don't trust BOSCH anymore at all. I'm sorry that this had to happen as BOSCH has very good prices for their services etc., but I really didn't expect this after I paid R7500 for the service.
