Not trustworthy

I had a breakdown and took my car to Bosch at Hatfield.everything was ok on that day when I left.the service advisor phoned and tell me that they gonna diagnose my car for R750 and I agreed.he later phoned me and told me that the work is gonna require more hours and that they going to charge R1250,I also gave them a go ahead.

To my surprise when I receive the quotation ,they billing was more than what I was advised of,they now charged me 1900 for diagnosis instead of 1250 as told.I phoned the consultant he 1st agreed that he was wrong and he later changed his story that there is nothing he can do.

I got angry and wanted to take my car to another dealer because from the beginning he never updated me on the progress,they took the parts of the car without telling me and it took them 7full day to give me a quotation.it's 2 weeks now that my car is with them and no one is advising me of progress.

I will never do business with this Leo haese shop.
