Not a good supplier of electrical tools

I bought a electric drill for my husband it came with 2 batteries it is just out of gurantee the batteries is not charging well and within 45 min working it is flat so also the second battery it did work well for 12 to 16 months I send a email to bosch to complain since we as pensioners cannot afford to buy new ones my husband is working on recycle wood making small boxes. They contact me on the 1st Aug. Asking photes and info about what he used it for which I send and up till today they have not rep**** again so today the bosch belt sander stop working this he had for about 2yr 6/7 months the bearing give in so I feel I can with full honesty say bosch is not a good supplier of electric tools I did not even complain about this since I will be ignored again. As we only wanted to make a bit extra money we now sit with hands tied
