Non-existent Bosch customer service

Three weeks after dropping off my Bosch vacuum cleaner after it broke after just 5 months, I have heard not one word from the manufacturer or service centre. Non-existent customer service. The phone number on the invoice only allows you to leave a message, which is then not answered. I expected more from a German company, but, clearly, I was mistaken.
