No Service from Bosch. Fridge in Warranty

I booked a service call with Bosch to repair a Fridge door seal.

The initial call out was very quick, the service technician did not had the parts and said he will return later the week.

Well 2 weeks has passed and after numerous calls nothing is happening.

We phoned the service desk several times and just promises, very poor service did not expect this from a large brand like Bocsh, very disappointed.
