NO credibility

After going though an exhaustive complaints resolution procedure, it turned out to be an extremely time consuming WASTE OF TIME. <br> <br> This company is hiding behind German service. Maybe its time for this German head office to take seriously the amount of *******s being carried out. Or maybe it just suits them ! <br> <br> They have this warranty claim centre who will promise you everything but will not honor anything. In fact they have no impact or effect upon the franchisees. I have been told that they can only try to intervene. See how far you wont get !!!!<br> <br> I recommend that anyone reading this finds themselves a better vehicle service company, because Bosch service is probably the most arrogant and useless company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Not to mention the way they ripped me off!
