Nightmare Dishwasher

<p>My mother bought a Bosch dishwasher 4 years ago and has not worked sufficiently since day one.</p> <p> </p> <p>It does not wash the dishes properly, she puts enough salt in and cleans out the tray regularly.</p> <p>While it was still under guarantee she contacted the East Lobdon service agent three times to have a look at it, and everytime they say their is nothing wrong. But it still wont wash properly. </p> <p>Out of desperation she phoned Bosch head office, 3 times and everytime they say thry will get back to her and they never do.</p> <p> </p> <p>She doesnt even use the thing anymore, its an absolute fail. After having a Defy for 12 years she decided to spend a bit extra and get a fancy Bosch and she might as well have kept her old Defy, its been such a nightmare- especially with the follow up service NO ONE takes her seriously that it doesnt wash properly.</p> <p> </p>
