Never use Bosch Hillfox

My car needed a service, so I chose Bosch Hillfox. After half a day of my car being in they phoned me and told me that they need certain parts that will only be there by that afternoon, so I would only be getting my car the next day. After not hearing from them for the ENTIRE next day I phoned them, just to hear that they did not receive the parts they needed. They never tried to find out why not, and never bothered to let me know. They did eventually offer me the parts for yet again the next day, but at 3 times the price. I told them to leave it that I would replace that certain part elsewhere and they told me that I can come and pick up my car at 5. On my way there, they phoned me to tell me that I can only come and fetch my car the next morning. That morning, they told me that they received the parts needed and will replace it, just so they can phone me again and tell me it's the wrong parts. This place is utterly useless...
