MULTIPLY SERVICES GONE WRONG
I recently sent back my Polo to Bosch Auto Serv on Livingston road in Pinetown as my brakes were making a scretching sound for the last 3 weeks. Previously when i serviced my car they advised me that my brakes need to be done. I accepted their quote but there after it has been noisy ever since where as i never had problems before taking my vehicle in. I was advised by Tevin that Bosch brake pads are harder and take longer to wear in but after 2 weeks something is clearly wrong. I took it in a second time and it came back scretching even louder. I subsequently took it in a third time and here i am absolutely disappointed that my brakes are worse off than when i sent my car in close to a month ago. I have taken time off work to try resolve this but it boils down to the fact that bosch services have no idea how to service Polo brake pads etc. i would appreciate if someone can contact me because i have paid for services which i am not happy about
