Money for nothing Bosch Protec

I took my vehicle to Bosch protec in Benoni with a suspect head gasket issues. After my vehicle was dropped off I call after two days to ask on the progress. I get told by Emma that they have not started as yet?! I email Liandie to to complain as this is very concerning. I get an email apology but then I get a quote to remove the cylinder head and diagnostic all for a crazy R5643. Once the head is removed I was advised my vehicle needs a complete overhaul or recon or second hand engin. It took literally an entire week for then to compile the report - I even hired a motor assessor to confirm that the damages are that bad. Why then was the head still sent for engineering? I get the quotes and I get told it will cost R175k or R108K for a second hand engine or a complete overhaul. This is crazy. Now I want to move my car and Bosch are saying that there are going to be additional costs for engineering?! I do not understand this? Why do I have to pay extra? They are not doing any work? They are ripping me off. I would like to resolve this matter urgently and get my vehicle moved asap. In general I have been disappointed with this service as I need to keep asking for feedback. I call and none of my calls are returned. Disappointing Bosch. I have all email communications to prove poor service.
