****med off R29 000 by Bosch Carnival Auto, Brakpan

I took my car for diagnostics and repair on Friday 22nd September. I was told my car had major mechanical failure without being presented with a diagnostic report. I was told the costs amount at R29 000 and need to pay 50% deposit from an invoice which was generated from Ms word, no proper price breakdown, nor VAT inclusive. Then I was told to collect my car on Monday. To cut the story short, my car allegedly had minor issue that was not mechanically related. All the money I paid was just a ****, because I requested a proper breakdown of the invoice, and they could not mitigate the cost from this Micky mouse invoice. Following claims that they fixed my car, they could not present the parts they claim they removed from the engine. We demanded to take our vehicle as we were not happy with their service and feel ****med by Bosch, the owner decided call my number and verbally harassed and intimidated me, telling me I will not recover my car from their workshop unless I pay the remaining 50%. I demanded a post job card, all the old engine parts they removed from my car as well as the full breakdown of the invoice including the invoice of the parts that they ordered from the supplier and none of that was given to me.

To mention a few, Bosch Carnival Auto ****med me off R29 000 for the job they have not carried out, with false presentation and fabricated invoices.
