****med by Bosch Car Service at The Glen Shopping Centre

My car engine is vibrating when I accelerate and I was told that 2 engine mounts need to be repaired. I shopped around for quotes to fix it and the cheapest only by R1000 was Bosch at The Glen. What they didn’t tell me is that the quote was to fix only 1 engine mount and not both. All other quotes were for both engine mounts. Did Bosch Car Service at The Glen not charge me R7300 to fix 1 engine mount and they still want to quote me to repair the other engine mount?? Ford quoted me R9060 for repairs to both engine mounts. So I must basically pay double of what all other places quoted me??? There is no difference from when I dropped my car off yesterday morning and when I picked it up today. There’s no change at all, it’s like they didn’t do anything at all. Add to that, now my hand brake also has a problem.

I really feel ****med because I am a woman. I don’t think they would have done this to a man.
