Incorrect parts put on car and endangering life of client

I had to get new tires and while wheel alignment was done they repairman noticed that I had the incorrect tie rod ends (over 2 cm too short) installed. And they were not even connected. This is very dangerous. I, as a young woman travel very long distances alone. It seriously endangered me. And as a student I have had to pay R6756.60 up to now (for the new tires etc and the ********** service & incorrect parts). Who knows what else has been done / not done. It is unacceptable.
