Incorrect fault diagnosis Bosch made me pay R6100
Your diagnostics machine cannot be right compared to two different BMW agents' reports which you made me R6100 for.
The day I brought the car to your service station I gave Corrie the full report from BMW Joburg City Auto, yet he still insisted it is the fuel unit that is faulty contrary to BMW's report
After Corrie put the new fuel unit in we took the car to BMW Auto Alpina, who informed me that the only problem they picking up is the DDE nothing else and they cannot code any parts or do any programming because the DDE is faulty, the car was then towed back to Bosch
The very same day I took the car from your service centre a qualified BMW technician ran another diagnostic test and concurred with the 2 previous BMW diagnostic reports that it is the DDE that is faulty and not the Fuel control unit as per your diagnostic test
He replaced the old part the same day and informed Corrie and found it to be in perfect working order (the fuel unit which u made me pay for unnecessarily)
Good thing I took pics of the part the day Corrie showed it to me at your service station.
The exact supposedly faulty part is back in my car working 100%
Your fault finding equipment is faulty
