I took my car in for a service at the Bosch Service Centre in Randburg 97 Republic Road Ferndale. Everything was fine, apparently they did the service and when they were ready to wash my car, the key wouldn't start. Their response to this was that there must have been a problem with my car and it's not their fault. After I gave them a spare key to try and it still wouldn't work, they took my car to Mercedes Benz to get reprogrammed. The report from Mercedes was that the steering locked \due to an electronic fault". My question was what is this fault that suddenly happened when they were servicing my car at Bosch? After Bosch had told me there is absolutely nothing wrong with the car. My argument is that i took my car in there in perfect working order and I need it back like that. They CANNOT just simply neglect any responsibilities. They are now shifting this problem to me (in the ruddest way possible too). <br> <br> I will ABSOLUTELY not rest until I sue the hell out of them. I am currently having my lawyer investigating and THEY WILL hear from me. """
