I won't buy a Bosch / Siemens appliance again - there is no way to service them if they break

I logged a call to repair my microwave 3 months ago and am still waiting....... When I phone to inquire what the progress is, I'm told they are waiting for parts. After 3 months, they are STILL waiting for parts. I won't buy a Bosch/Siemens appliance again.
