I want my car back!

We have been waiting for over a month now for our vehicle. Been paying instalments for a stationary vehicle at your Hammarsdale branch. I was given details of the assessor, Eric and he said I am welcome to take it up with the Ombudsman. I will get a representative because this type of service is revolting to say the least! Again, I have been waiting for the owner to do something about it but our request has been disregarded. This is how Black clients are treated here and it's shameful! I have had enough! You guys are driving your porsche cars and I am stuck at home but my Veloster is in your possession. You gave my original parts to someone without my consent. I will never ever again do business with this company and from this platform I will take it to radio and twitter! Watch this space!
