I received the worst Attitude from Bosch Midrand

My car has been at Bosch for 3-4 weeks. it was taken there by the mechanic. its been 3 weeks now and Bosch people have been saying they will fix the car but they never do. Today the mechanic decided to go with me to Bosch and when I got there Ricky (before even listening to what I have to say) told me that if I feel they are taking too long I should take my car and go. This is utterly disgusting because they have kept my car for more than 3 weeks now and all of a sudden im supposed to take my car somewhere. Why didn't they mention this when they received the car the first time. These guys are so disrespectful and do not acre about their customers. Utterly Disgusted!!!!!
