I need my money back or the car must be di noagnosed in my presence so I can know and believe

I went to Bosch car service in 42 Grey, Hilton Bloemfontein 9301 on 13- June 2019 to book my car in for diagnosis then the made appointment for me on 20-June 2019 at 8, I took the car their and they asked the problem of the car I told them and they advice me that they will call me around 3 or 4to come fetch the car then I left the place.never received the call then I called in after 16:00 the lady I spoke with said the car was never checked I must come tomorrow as they will diagnosis it tomorrow morning.i went to the place when I arrived they said I have to pay R550 then I asked if you checked the car please give me print out of it so I know the problems in the car the guy said the is no paper that I'm gng to get I must pay and I will get the car I paid then they said the asked they neighbour to put the car the I will get it tomorrow. According to me they never checked the car so as I told them what does the car so they just give me in word what they thinks cause I believe if they diagnosed the car they where gng to give me a print out of all mistakes in the car
