Huge joke about lack of service

we took our vehicle to BOSCH SERVICE Witbank. The part that was supp**** was incorrect, and they have absolutely no sense of client service. The part was incorrect and so we returned it. <br> <br> The part is still not correct and is not working! the inconvenience that has been caised by this is unacceptanle. We approached the management team and obtained a compliant form. We went to go see the branch again because we wanted to resolve the matter before we take the escalation to management. WE WERE LAUGHED AT!!!!!! <br> <br> UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
