horrible service ever

It all started on 21/07/2016

When I took the car in and the diagnosis came back as follows:

-Gearbox mounting

-Engine mounting

I paid R 513.00 for the diagnosis, and and R 5012.83 for labour and parts, called in end of Aug to make a booking but was told that they were fully booked for the week. I decided to take the car in Dec as I was heavily pregnant at that time and had stopped using the car in Sep as I couldn't drive anymore ( and went on maternity leave on the 27th of Sep) which means the car was not used at all. Have birth on the 21st of Nov and managed to secure an appointment with Bosch for the 15th Dec 2016.

The same day I took the car in I received a call from Lisa ( receptionist and does the bookings & ordering parts) called to alert me that they are going to fix the engine mounting only as parts for the gear box mounting were out of stock. I was extremely unhappy because they assured me in November that all parts will be ordered and they had the whole 2 weeks to organise them; then suddenly the parts were out of stock and why didn't anyone mention that to me while I was still in their premises that morning because had I known, I would have taken my car elsewhere/ straight to Mazda. 3 hours later Lisa called to inform me that my car was ready I can come fetch it and she mentioned that she has great news for me; that she managed to order parts for gear box mounting and that was fixed too. I then made my way there to go fetch my car.

I left Bosch's premises and suddenly I heard the initial screeching sound that made me to take the car in at Bosch while driving back home

and I called them the minute I got home ( Tembisa). They arranged another date (a week later) for me to bring in the car. I went there & was assisted by their manager John who took the car and did some few checks while I remained in their reception area. Then John came back in less than 20 minutes and asked me to test drive the car; to my suprise the sound was gone. Took the car and drove back to Tembisa again and the screeching sound was back as I headed towards Midrand. Called Bosch AGAIN and they told me to bring in the car AGAIN so they can do a thorough check. ( this was fir the 3rd time now)and for the car . i took the card back again to my surprise John is changing his statement, saying the " the car is making a different sound"John was busy making remarks and bold statements that he has been operating Bosch services for more than 20 years, they have fixed the car from their side; the screetching sound that he heard today was totally different from what he heard when the car was diagnosedp; but when the screetching sound that made me to approach Bosch about it was still there. John then told me to bring in the car on a different day as they were fully booked ( it seems they are forever fully booked because they now have my money with them). and now I must be the one running after them because they have my money and care less about customer service
