Horrible service

<p>Last week I took my car to Bosch to replace a clutch, it took them 3 full days and when I finally got it the engine light on the dash was on which was not the case when I took it in. This morning I took it back and it's been 5 hours no report on what the problem is and now I have to call them to ask what the problem is. They take forever to pick up calls and they have no courtesy whatsoever </p>
