Horrible service

I need to raise my concern about the service I have received from Bosch Hammarsdale branch. I took my car in on Thursday two weeks ago for a time chain to be changed. They advised the time chain I had given them was wrong so they gave it to the people who had sold it to me to be changed. I was supposed to have received my car back on Monday and then the looting happened. My tyres were ******, the battery and a few other things. I spoke to the manager and he said they were awaiting Insurance. No one has contacted me until now. When we call them they give is attitide and told my partner that he mustnt call again. I dont have another vehicle and I am frustrated since I need to also move around. I have places I need to get to but I am stuck and they dont even care about their clients. Can the owner please attend to this as the managers dont know anything about customer service. I will take this up if its not attended to immediately. Imeraan Khan is the guy who gave us attitude.
