HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM THEIR CURRENT MANAGER AT HI-TORQUE BOSCH SERVICE IN CENTURION! DO NOT EVEN THINK OF TAKING YOUR CAR THERE!!

Bosch car services - Hi Torque service centre in Centurion. *Very Very Poor service* Rude managers. They had a manager previously called Frans, who was then responsible for repairing an engine job on my vehicle. After paying over R17000 I had to take my car back in because the engine light started appearing again on the screen, which was something they had to fix on the onset together with the engine job. Frans had promised to fix the engine light censor for me, as the car was still under warranty. That was in July 2019. I waited on Frans, who then told me he had ordered the light, but had not received it, up until October 2019. I kept contacting Frans until December time where they were closing down for holidays & he asked me to give him a call in January 2020, ofwhich I did & he promised to get back to me until SA announced a national lockdown due to covid-19.

I am very angry & very much unsatisfied with the current feedback. The current "manager" incharge had told me to bring the car in after having explained everything over the phone. I went there today only to get his filthy attitude in return, he could not fix the light, he gave me attitude and told me Frans does not work there anymore & it did not matter whether we called him for confirmation or not. He started raising his voice & told me they cannot cover that under warranty as agreed telephonically & that I had to payable rough estimation of about R6000+ ontop of the R17000+ that I had paid already.. What upsets me the most is that I explained the distance I live from them, so they would refer me to a closer branch, as I live in the Johannesburg South area & they advised it would be better to take TO them in Centurion. I wasted my time, petrol & so much effort only to get a rude manager with a stinking attitude who could not help, as much as he had all the records of the car being with them previously! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE! THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS, TO THINK I WAS GONNA REFER PEOPLE TO THEM! BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!
