HAND BRAKE, BRAKING SHOES & FAN BELT

I took my car for service and had to pay extra for the changing of the fan belt, breaking shoes and the hand break repair/service. After the service, I heard a sound when I app**** breaks coming from the left rear wheel. I took it back and told them the problem and also told them that my fan belt seems loose. They told me nothing was wrong with the fan belt, it auto-adjusts itself. They also told me that the breaking shoes need to be dusted or something. I took it back more than 3 times. On the last time I when I went to fetch it, the owner of the franchise said he doesn't have an invoice for me but nothing was changed on my car but the breaks were just brushed. I told it was rework. I still experienced sound and delayed breaking on high speed. I took the car for testing and I was told my handbreak doesn't hold and left rear breaking shoe is also not working. In January, I called and was told to come last Monday 22Jan18 but I couldn't go cause I had to change a worn out battery that day. I called Bosch Booysens and unlike most days were their phone is not working or nobody picks it up, the lady who picked it up said it was a wrong number after I said my name. I need help. My front are really getting worn out from having to carry the breaking and I don't which other part is being affected but I have noticed that my car shakes a lot.

Can someone please get BOSCH to look and fix my car.
