Gross Incompetence or Devious ******??

I took my Corsa to Bosch Honeycrest for a repair, to have the stabilizer arms replaced among other things. The repair was completed and I collected the car. I was very happy, everything seemed fine. After a week I noticed the car had developed an oil leak so I returned the car to Bosch on a friday about 3pm. They said that yes the oil filter had not been replaced properly and they just needed to wash off the excess oil. They refitted the filter while I waited but when I wanted to leave suddenly my clutch master cylinder had broken( a little piece of white plastic) and the car was undrivable. Of course you have to replace the entire part not just the plastic and it was too late to do then, they would complete the repair on the saturday. On saturday just before closing time they called to say "oops sorry, now the clutch pedal that connects to the master cylinder is also broken", how a little piece of plastic can bend metal is a wonder to me. So the car had to stand over again until monday. When I collected the car the entire suspension was creaking and squeeking and making an awful noise that was not there before. And the steering column cover had been opened and not closed properly. I was not taking it back to Bosch so took it to GM for an inspection. They said the initial repair of the stabilizer arms is what is causing the noise - either inferior parts or installed incorrectly. And that the steering rack has to be replaced cos that is also making a noise. Funny that I had absolutely no problem with my steering column before they had the car. Personally I dont trust them anymore. Either they are totally *********** to do the job or they are damaging/swopping out parts on the car to ensure a steady income. I will not take any of my cars to any Bosch Service Center again.
