I would Like to thank Billy and his whole team at Bosch Service Welkom for really going above and beyond the call of duty to get my vehicle (Peugeot 307 A/T) back on the road to Mossel bay. I Picked up my car from Bosch Service Alberton on Friday 3 June 2016 after having repairs done on a couple of Faults (Alternator, Right front CV, Right front Ball joint ens.). Alberton Service showed me excellent customer service. I Dealt with Christine Lubbe. She kept me informed and up to date with every step of the repair and always responded promptly to any of my queries. Thank you very much Christine Lubbe for everything. All seemed fine I started my trip Home to Dana Bay in the early morning hours on the 6th of June 2016. All seemed fine to just after Welkom where is sounded as if my tire blew out. I pulled off to the shoulder of the highway. The right front wheel was completely flat. I went to the back to take out the spare tire only to find that it was never put back under the boot cabin floor. I then had no choice other than to call for a flatbed towing service to take me in to Welkom. After the car was on the flatbed and at a more eye level could I see that it looks as if the brake callipers was never fastened properly and hit a hole on the inside on the rim. The towing service dropped me and the car at Bosch Service in Welkom. This is a magical place where I have had the best customer service of my life here I am writing this from there reception area. Without being liable for any of the damage to my car and rim thy have tried everything possible so that I can get back on the road to Dana Bay. The whole team here at Bosch Service Welkom puts the bar for service to where I have never before experienced before, and should be an example to all Braches.
