Feeling ****** by Bosch Service City_ Warmabths

Bosch Service City Warmbaths,

At least that is what they are calling themselves and yet the workshop is branded differently but all invoices on paper are Bosch service City.

I had gone to Warmbaths in May 2019 and decided to have my breaks and discs fixed while there. When making the booking I was told to bring cash and not card and brought took in my car.

All was fine when I had left and a week down the line the car was shuddering when braking and going down a hill, the braking sound was screeching worse than what it was when it went in keeping in mind having my two kids in this car.

I then made contact with the Service city and the gentle was very helpful at first and now till today I have not heard anything from them!! I feel that I was ****** and my safety of my kids and me put in jeopardy. I had to replace my brakes on 24 August again and having to pay for it after just replacing them in May.

I'm super unhappy and will NEVER use any Bosch Service City unfortunately as the one in Warmabaths has left such a bad experience.
