Extremely Bad Service @ Bosch Service Centre Carnival

Never will I go back to Bosch Service Centre Carnival. I took my car there because of the low quote on a mayor service on my Huyndai Atos, just to be phoned on all the "extras" that needed to be done, which brought the price right back to all the other quotes received. Then they pack the machine away that needs to reset the service counter, meaning that I had to come back. Also the fan makes a noise when I switch on the aircon which they never checked, so what else did they not check?! And again, no apologies, just we need to get you a price on the belt, without checking it!, meaning I have to drive all the way from Springs again for the third time because of extremely poor service. I am not even upset just very disappointed, but be assured they lost a customer who would have been coming once a year, maybe more if I had anything else that needed to be done but now I can't trust them, not with quotes and not with service delivery.
