TETCON SALES in 6th Avenue Newton Park Port Elizabeth has a fantastic team. I walked in with a broken cordless drill. Three hours later I received a call to say it had been repaired free of charge. The friendliness, willingness to assist, walking the extra mile due to me not having all documentation. I had the feeling that I was there to be served and not just a nuisance.
