Don’t do it.

I took my car for a major service at Bosch service Umbilo. The car came back with the heater not working and the cover of my spark plugs missing. I emailed them about this and they’ve since ignored my email. My heater was working just fine and everything in my engine was intact. Also the sound of my heater when coming on sounds like it’s being strangled. I didn’t have these issues before but now I do thanks to them. My advice would be to stick to your normal car dealerships. Spend that extra money. I wish I did. I regret giving them a chance. Now I have to spend more money fixing issues they created. Never going there again. I’d rather pay more money at VW.
