Dont care about client experiences

Had an unpleasant experience with a workshop in Midrand that is BOSCH SERVICE accredited. They tried to **** me out of R25k by claiming I had a blown head gasket which turned out to be BS.

I complained to Bosch as I always thought a BOSCH workshops are likely to be trustworthy and good standard of work etc.

After complaining to them and following up they have never bothered to respond. To my only guess is they couldn't be bothered about customer's experiences. Wont use any Bosch service centre again
