Don't buy Bosch appliances

I recently bought a flat that was fitted with bosch appliances. Three months after moving in the induction stove-top and oven both stopped working. Bosch service took 1 week to send their technician out. The I waited another 4 days for a part to come from Germany. The technician came to fit the part and it made no difference. He then said it's the electrical supply. I then had that tested by another electrician and the supply was found to be perfectly in order.

What concerned me most was that the technician then said, through telephonic diagnosis, that he needed a different part. Why didn't he bring that part in the first place. After 3 weeks of radio silence, and us calling THEM, they said a part had to come from Germany. It's been more than 6 weeks now.

Bosch simply does not communicate!!!! And frankly, I don't believe their technicians are competent.
