Don’t buy a Bosch stove.

I bought a Bosch stove about 3 weeks ago and had an electrician install it. The stove just stopped working last week and I called Bosch service to come and check it out. I’ve never been so shocked at how poorly trained the agents were when they came to fix the stove. The guy asked me to give him a towel (I don’t know from r what) but I refused because when you do a job you should have all your equipment with you. He was very rude when he was speaking to me and was gossiping about me to the colleague while I was standing in the same room as the. I don’t think they would’ve acted like that if my husband were there.
