Disgusting and unprofessional service by Bosch OE services

A very poor and disgusting service from Borsch OE services...from the day we decided to service our cars with Bosch was nothing but a nightmare... so ********* and dishonest... The only thing they focus on is making money and nothing else... We took ur Jeep Wrangler for a service and 4 days down the line our engine was completely skrewed and we had to replace the entire engine with them for R107 000 which we are still sure as to whether the entire Engine was fully replaced as some of the parts were not given to us even to this day after several requests. Later after the so claimed ‘repair’ our vehicle had an extreme abnormal consumption of oil and they claimed that it’s the turbo. The other event was when they changed the master cylinder sleeve on the brake booster only to diacover that the brake wheel system at the back was not functional and we still have an old part that is still in good condition. The recent straw is when we took the very same car for repair of burnt harness due to upgrading of lights( after market lights) and we were given a quote and we paid 50% of the quoted amount... After a very unreasonable long wait,Bosch(OE services) told us that the harnesses are not available at JEEP. We advised them to source the used harnesses and they still claimed that they can’t get them. We then took it upon ourselves to order them at JEEP and to ur suprise JEEP had the parts available for us within 10 days. We went an extra mile of getting the second hand harness which we found and we have it to Bosch (OE services). Some of the harnesses that were replaced were not burnt.We were given an estimated time of two weeks to get the car which ironically took 6 weeks to date and the car is still not ready and they seem not to know what is the problem with the car as they are doing a trial and error method.(The same poor service happened with our other cars namely; Subaru,Amarok and Ford Focus)
