disgusted and unhappy

Good day received the worst service ever from the bosch service centre in stoneridge. Unprofessional and extremely rude , managers and staff and they did not do a proper service on my vehicle , it is exactly the same as it went in. They never returned the parts that they supposedly replaced. Will be taking this up further with bosch head office and the ombudsmen. As a sevice centre like this should not be in operation
