Disappointing service

I am so disappointed with the service I received and still receiving from Bosch Honeydew. My car had an engine issue and I took it there over a month ago and until now it hasn't been fixed. Jacob is the person I am dealing with and it has been a nightmare since day one. He always promises to give updates however never live up to his promises. I've been the one doing the calling and have to beg him for an to give me information. This is really tiring and such a huge inconvenience.
