Disappointing experience

I serviced 2 vehicles with Bosch pinetown and spent a small fortune - + R13000. I had to take both vehicles back for incomplete work, due to inadequate/poor quality checking. I fitted the bill on both occasions...parts AND Labour.. <br> I always attempt to take the best care of my vehicles within my budget, therefore I normally use the agents. On this occasion (cam belt serv + major service), the agents were proving too pricey (R11000), so I opted for what I thought to be a reputable company. <br> I am so disillusioned, I only took vehicle back for unsatisfactory work cos of the cost connotations. I ended up paying a further R1600 and the vehicle is still not sorted. I am now taking my audi to a smaller RMI approved shop - NUTECH. <br> On the plus side, the staffs are really friendly. Unfortunately the mechanical back of house does not seem to be skilled enough...and Bosch charges you for everything...even if it's their fault or work incomplete.<br> Solution: Go to agent or quality rmi approved smaller service provider who would fix their errors at own charge etc. <br>
