disappointed

I would not suggest taking your car here should you have gearbox problems , as this is outsourced and they don't do it at the shop . There is always a lot of uncer*****y in the process , I don't think the admin staff have enough experience to handle warranty claims the process could of cost me a lot of money along with a lot of uncer*****y by stripping my car to pieces to find a fault that is warranted by my warranty , needless to say I took my car to a gearbox repair and this was not necessary and my warranty was able to cover me up to 60% without stripping my car. other then that the staff are very friendly , however lack professionalism in the trade.
