Diagnostic test *******

Had a problem and requested help from Bosch service Alrode.

Did not accept their quote but had to pay for labour and a diagnostic test. When I asked for proof that the test was done they could not produce the proof .

Contacted Vijay at Bosch head office and after some discussion was told that they do not have to print any documentation that the diagnostic test was done and I must just pay . In my opinion Never again will I use Bosch as i believe they Do not care about their customer and it seems like the Head office is no help.
