Customer Service Exceptional

@ Bosch Car Service Hillfox, I would like to commend Allistair, Quintus! these two gentlemen are hilarious, the friendliness, the support. They listen, they understand customers needs and they deliver just that - My vehicle was with them for 2 days for a major service and I told them to look for every fault and report back to me -They did that and they liaised with the insurer when i collected the vehicle it felt brand new again. I must say big Thank you to the tea lady at the reception, i walked in on a wet floor but she reminded the floor is wet , and i joked with her that I want a strong hot coffee -She dropped everything made me and my friend a cup of divine coffees - that you was not expected and I was thrilled
