Customer requirements not met.

This is a NO GO Service company. My car had a coolant problem, i took it to them as it was an emergency, it was on Wednesday and they assured me that i will get my car fixed on Thursday which was the following day.

I received a quote (telephonically) on Wednesday which was R1200. Thursday came and heard nothing from them until i contacted them. They then told me that i am not going to get my car because some dealer brought in an incorrect Coolant Bottle. (That's now my problem)

Friday was a long weekend and Monday as well. Come Tuesday, they don't even keep me updated. I called them and they said the car is ready for collection and the cost is R1500 now. I asked myself how come does it have to increase now'' . Well i went there to collect my car and the quote went up to over R1600, they mentioned that they washed my car and that' has been included in the quote. I then asked for the quality check sheet or the checks they've conducted and they said they don't have that.

I was alarmingly disappointed in a sense that i will not encourage any body to take their car there for any service.
