car that wasnt fixed

On 11nth of November 2017 i took my car (bmw 645 ci )reg DM 63 DF GP to bosch service in vereeniging as my car wasnt starting but cranking. The whole of December passed by without them contacting telling me what was the problem with the car. On the second week of January 2018 i went to them to enquer about the car they told me they have dignosed the car and they picked up from their machine that the control unit (mobilizer/anti theft system)was faulty and they need to take it out and the key to be reseted somewhere in joburg as that the only company that they use for the control units as they specialise in them. They told me that the company hasnt opened but theyl be opened in the next coming week. I went to them after 2 weeks and they told me that the control unit was reseted nothing was changed in it as nothing was demaged. What i picked up is that it was not sent away to joburg but did it themselves as they never showed me the invoice from that company. A month past by without them saying anything to me about the car,the only time when they be busy with the car is when i called them to enquer anout the car,that will be the only time when il receive emails or sms from my tracker company notifying me off the ignition of the car if its on or off. To cut the story short my car hasnt been fixed yet not starting after 4 month its been with them. Insted last week they called me to inform me that my stater has burnt and i must pay 5 000.00 for them to fix it. But still they havent fixed my car still they dont know the problem with it.Insted they want to me to pay for the dignose witch i dont have a problem but to pay for the reseting of the control unit that im not sure was it reseted or whas it sent away to be reseted as they never showed me an invoice for it and also i must pay for the stater that was not burnt by me but by them after 4 month the car its with them. I gave them my car with a starting problem but now the stater also is burnt brocke still they want me to pay for the service that was never provided.All i want is my car to take it somewhere to be fixed as they could not fix it but gave me another problem that i must pay 5 000.00 for it to be fixed Here are their numbers ********** .
