Car service for more than a month

It's been a second month my car is with them now they sent a quote about R27 thousand something and I deposited R17 000 bt still they can't finish my car everytime I call them they give excuses yesterday they said the persong who's fixing the car is at the hospital.....bad service ever I regret taking my car to them.
