car loosing power/misfire

<p>Took car to Bosch service Midrand Noordwyk Lever Road. Car was loosing power and tech suggested doing Diagnostic test. Tech explained the equipment is broken and suggested that he will take take to another branch for diagnostics. Tech returned bout 30 min later without printout or any paperwork concerning diagnostic. Tech informs me that my car oil pressure is low and one of drive pulleys is loose and need replacing/fixing and that reason the reason car engine shaking and loosing power at idle. First thing i said was that cant be cause i heard misfire eveytime car starts loosing power. Furthermore i told tech i will take car for second opinion at Toyota and i think they trying to rip me off. The manager says i am welcome to take car just as long as i pay flat fee of R450 for diagnostics. Took car to Toyota and Toyota found that 1 spark plug was faulty due to not being replaced at scheduled maintanance, so i replaces all 4 and car is driving better than ever. </p> <p> </p> <p>Word of advice please dont take your car to Bosch Midrand Lever road these ppl are out to make quick money and standard of Workmanship, Honesty and intergrity at Bosch from back in day has significantly drop and most of these guys just **** unsuspected clients. Rather take car to a trusted machanic or Agents and get service u deserve for your money orther than being **** to and paying for things that not needed.</p>
