Cant Trust Bosch Appliances
<p>Re: Complaint</p> <p> </p> <p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought a Bosch washing machine in June 2016 from Metro Lifestyle.</p> <p>I have had problems with the machine since the date of purchase.</p> <p>- The machine has changed the faded or changed the colour of my clothes.</p> <p>- The machine tends to delay or not to operate at all.</p> <p>- It does not wash clothes properly and leaves a dark stain as if something is leaking inside.</p> <p> </p> <p>I read the manual and still no joy. I contacted Metro Lifestyle for assistance and still no joy. They referred me to the German Appliance Specialists, who came to check the machine. They reported they found nothing wrong with the appliance, yet the machine still does not work.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am tired of the back and forth as I have spent a lot of money on a machine that does not work. It’s taken 2 months for the problem to be resolved. I am sitting with two months load of laundry that is not washed or is damaged. At this point I want my money back as I am disappointed at the quality of your product and the bad service I have been receiving to get this matter resolved. If I get no help here, I will take the matter further!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Nzuzo </p>
