Called in for air con condenser replacement

Called in on 19th October 2017 for air con condenser replacement for my VW and was given price of R3500 all incl. - part, labor and ragas. Wanted to send the car in on Friday 20th October 2017 but they told me Monday 23rd. Presuming all will be arranged and part will be ready for when i bring the car early ( had to inconvenience my whole family) on Monday. Dropped off the car and later on around 11h00 AM i received a quote for R3687. i caled in and asked what happen to R3500- answer 'aaa boss, you see, i have to get the part from the dealers" i called around myself and found much cheaper one but yet they went ahead and purchased the more expensive one. i told them i am going to need the car ready the same day so Justin told me "will make a plan" . after i called many times to follow up the thing that annoyed me the most was Justin told me car will be ready by 16h30 . i got there 16h15 and Justin told me loooking in my eyes " Nick the car is in for ragas and wash and will be ready in 15min" i left after 17h00 their premises with dirty car, no gas and no report on why the car didn't want to start as i mentioned to them to check it as well. the guy that jump started my car at the back just said " ooo boss, its the battery" . i took it to 2 different mechanics and it was the starter . Incompetence...! so now i got **********, car still doesn't start, regased it myself with a person who actually wanted business and i can advise everyone out there to stay away from BOSCH Car Service in Boksburg.
