This business is not to be trusted even an inch. Took my car for major service that includes diagnosis. The latter is where the cheating starts as you get to be told about how shoddy the previous service company was. First of all you are taken through the diagnosis via a laptop screen instead of getting a written report as other credible service companies do. The chances are, a diagnosis of a specific car gets recycled for various cars of unsuspecting clients. Before you know it the quote is triple what you budgeted for - normal major service . After accepting to repairs on alleged misfiring plugs , I was later told that the problem was that all the ignition coils were damaged and needed replacing . The greatest shocker was when I discovered on my own that the three so-called damaged coils were reinstated into the vehicle without a reduction in the quote. There was only coil that could not be reused. So in reality , you pay additional thousands for your old parts . When I demanded to have the old coils back , all sorts of lies sprung up . To cut the long story short , avoid taking your car to this service centre or if you can’t demand all replaced parts and I mean ALL of them . They have a funny clause that says if you do not ask for old parts at the time of booking , they are not obliged to given to you , yet you only get to know this when you car is handed back after “service “ . I am still waiting for the promised written diagnosis report 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
