Broken Promises on Car Repair, No Feedback

I took my Jeep to Bosch as I had been told they offered good service. What a joke! The alternator had broken and although they promised to get back asap to give us a repair/replacement cost, we had to keep calling them. Unfortunately a car is not an optional item for me - I have children, work and we had booked a camping trip that we were about to lose our money on. Eventually we were given a price and we gave the go ahead on this immediately. I was promised that the car would be returned by Thursday latest. We followed up all of Wednesday to ensure they were aware of the urgency of this. There was never feedback provided - we had to call all the time. Today is Thursday and still no feedback. After numerous phone calls, we have been told that there was a small issue and they promise it will be ready Friday...this is ridiculous!!! Now we have a camping trip that we did not cancel because of their promises, they **** and did not let us know there was an issue and the car is still not ready. I took leave (which is a luxury for me) so that I could get the supplies we need for camping and now I will be stuck at home able to do NOTHING!!!!! I am FURIOUS!!!
