Bosh Washing Machine worst Brand Ever.

My husband bought me a Bosh washing machine February 2022. About 6 months later it started staining my washing. It does not stain every load only now and then. It only stains 2 or 3 pieces of laundry, it looks like rust being sprayed on the fabric. It is very difficult to remove these stains with the white items I can still bleach it. but with other colors I just can't get it out. I did drum washes as I thought there was something wrong with the drum. I even did a drum wash with vinegar and bicorbonate.it I changed my washing liquid from Skip to Ariel to Omo and back again. I have been using Comfort Fabrick softer for years like the liquid detergents and have never had a problem before. I stop using Fabrick softener as well. I've cleaned the filter; I cleaned the outlet pipe. I tried different settings. Still, it kept on staining my washing. I the e-mailed Bosh and they said it is definitely the machine and that they will send a technician to assist me. The first technician came November 2022 from Linden Appliances. He told me it is a problem with the drum and that i must put the cycle on cotton and at 90 deg put 2 cups of dishwasher powder in and let it wash. AA couple of weeks I had stains again. we contacted the and the came to change the element as the next technician said it's not warming the water that is why the liquid is sticking to the drum and stans the laundry. The problem still persists. They keep on sending technicians out that keep on looking at the stains and write reports. Eventually in March 2023 the came to change my drum. Just before the I started diluting my washing detergent with 1 and a half liters of luke warm water to make sure the liquid is dissolved and cannot sit on the drum. Two weeks with the new drum it stains my laundry again. My husband and I went back to Masons in Benoni where we bought the machine to go and buy a new machine, which the owner told us that he will resolve this with Bosh. Yet another technician came out to write another report on the stains. The manager from Linden Appliances said he will give my husband an answer by next Friday. The Monday my husband phoned him, and he said it slipped his mind and the answer will be that Friday. Tomorrow will be three weeks. Today I had another Item Stained. I do not know what to do any more, as I have never had a problem like this with any of my washing machines I had in my life. I had to get rid of my Siemens washing machine as the water pump went and we could not get parts for it any longer. I've been accused that: 1. I use the wrong programs. Sorry why is there different programs on the machine. It does not matter what program I use; it stains. 2. That I use to much detergent, I am 57 Years old and been doing my laundry since I was 20????? Have they seen the price of liquid detergent, why will I use more than what is needed. 3. I must sort and wash my laundry according to the labels. Hello, it is not other item staining my laundry. 4. That I over fill the machine, it does not matter if I put a full load, half a load or a couple of Items it still stains. I am ready to go and drop this piece of **** Boss Washing machine on Masons front door and just go and buy a new machine from some ware ells. IT WILL NOT BE BOSH!!!!!! I did not buy a machine too stain my laundry I bought it to clean my laundry. Are they prepared to replace our t-shirts, pajamas, winter tops and jackets, towels and duvet covers etc. This has been a very expensive washing machine.
